The Tezify website, platform, code, and digital assets are copyrighted works belonging exclusively to Tezify. By accessing or using our services, you strictly agree to the following binding legal conditions.

01. Intellectual Property & Strict Copyright Protection

Absolute Ownership

All content included on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, artwork, computer code (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend architectures), and overall "look and feel" (collectively, the "Content"), is exclusively owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Tezify.

Protection under Copyright Act, 1957

Our Content is rigorously protected by Indian Copyright Act, 1957, trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. You are strictly prohibited from legally appropriating, claiming ownership of, or attempting to register any part of Tezify's content as your own. Any claim of ownership over our original content by a third party will be considered fraudulent and met with immediate legal prosecution.

Zero-Tolerance for Copying and Scraping

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including "mirroring", "scraping", or "data mining") to any other computer, server, Web site, or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Tezify's express prior written consent.

02. Enforcement of Rights Under Indian IT Act, 2000

Cybersecurity & Unauthorized Access

Any unauthorized attempt to access our underlying systems, extract data, decompile our codebase, reverse-engineer our software, or disrupt our services constitutes a serious criminal offence under Information Technology Act, 2000 (including but not limited to Section 43 and Section 66). Tezify actively monitors for such activities and will report offenders to Indian Cyber Crime authorities for criminal and civil prosecution.

Right to Legal Injunction and Damages

In the event of intellectual property theft, unauthorized data extraction, or copyright infringement, Tezify reserves the absolute legal right to seek immediate injunctive relief from courts in India to stop the infringement, alongside claiming maximum statutory and compensatory damages against infringing individual or entity.

03. Access to Site & User Accounts

Limited Revocable License

Subject to these Terms, Tezify grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access Site solely for your own personal, noncommercial use. Tezify reserves the right to terminate your access instantly for any violation of these terms.

Certain Restrictions

The rights granted to you in these Terms are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you shall not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit Site; (b) you shall not change, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of Site.

04. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Tezify expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation on Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Tezify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our website, materials, or platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

05. Governing Law & Indian Jurisdiction

Arbitration under Indian Law

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or breach thereof, shall be resolved exclusively through mandatory, binding arbitration conducted under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms that is not subject to arbitration shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of India, and you unconditionally agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such Indian courts.

06. General Terms

Electronic Communications

For contractual purposes, you (a) consent to receive communications from Tezify in an electronic form; and (b) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement as if it were in physical writing.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part or parts of these terms are found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, that specific part shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of terms shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tezify.
